- » Prepare your Property to be Rented
- Whatever it takes: new AC, new roof or just a simple cleaning service. Let us handle coordinating the preparation of your home for its next family.
- » Market Analysis
- We will perform a complete market analysis in your area to determine the maximum amount or rent for your home. Therefore reducing the vacancy time and maximizing your income.
- » Detailed Tenant Screening
- We will thoroughly review each applicant's rental history, income, employment and credit history to provide the best tenant possible. Once tenant screening is complete we will discuss the results with you and provide our recommendations.
- » Lease Negotiation / Move in of New Tenant
- We will prepare all the required documentation required for the renting of your home. We will meet with the tenant and ensure all documents are finalized. At that time we will collect the first month's rent, security deposit and any other fees required.
- » Monthly Expenses and repairs
- We will handle the coordination and payment of all repairs and maintenance for your property.
- » Owner Disbursements
- Once the rent monies are received and processed we will disburse your payments and provide you with a monthly itemized statement showing income and expenses related to your property.
